Year 7 Enrolment
There are two enrolment processes for students entering the college in Year 7; Students moving from Year 6 into Year 7 will receive information from their Government Primary school during Year 6. This information will be communicated to our school by your Primary School. This occurs during terms two and three.
Students coming from non-government Primary Schools or wishing to transfer into the school during the school year must apply directly to Bayside P-12 College by contacting the relevant campus office to make an appointment.

Designated Neighbourhood Schools – school zones
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined based on your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.

Important Information for 2025
Every student enrolled in a Victorian government school for the 2025 school year will receive $400 support. It will help cover the cost of school uniforms, textbooks, and school activities like camps, excursions and sports.
You don’t need to apply. From November 2024, parents and carers will receive an email from the Department of Education providing details on how they can access the $400 bonus.
The $400 School Saving Bonus is available for each child. That means a family with three school-aged children will receive a total of $1,200.
Actions for Parents and Carers
Parents and carers of children who meet the School Saving Bonus eligibility are required to do the following by Friday 18 October 2024:
- Complete an enrolment form through your relevant Campus Office as soon as possible, ensuring your contact information is correct.
